I recently tried a smoothie at The Soup Peddler in Austin called ‘Business Time’ and it was crazy delicious but it also starts at $7.25 which is definitely not in my budget on a regular basis.
So I decided to recreate it at home but with a healthier twist. It’s very simple:
Blend the following ingredients together in your blender.
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter/cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsweetened Starbucks Iced Coffee
1 frozen banana
optional: chia seeds, flax seed, honey (if you want it a little sweeter)
It’s so delicious and has quickly become a replacement for my morning latte.
