Continuing with the theme of hidden veggies, I’ve started making these paleo meatballs with veggies hidden in them as well. Super easy and SO delicious. I started disguising vegetables in our food for Adelaide’s sake but it’s also great for the grown-ups too. Make these and freeze them or eat off them for a couple days. Even Ari loves chowing down on these meatballs!
1 pound ground grass fed beef
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup broccoli slaw (minced in food processor)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup almond flour
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and form meatballs then bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
